What makes our new engines the best?
40 years of experience building marine engines. Our engines are built by highly qualified, skilled engine builders. Over 25,000 marine engines have been built to date.
Quality components. Our engines use the best marine components. Marine gaskets, stainless steel piston rings and parts chosen by quality, not by their cheap price.
Expert guidance. When you buy an engine from Marine Spares Direct you’ll be dealing with staff who have worked at Mercruiser and Volvo Penta dealerships and know the engines and the spare parts too. We take the time to make sure it goes right, the first time!
Engines in stock. Don’t wait for an engine to be built. We import by the container load and so your next engine is likely in stock. Ready to ship that day!
Australia wide delivery. We offer very competitive delivery rates and efficient dispatch and shipping. Goes without saying, getting your engine quickly and on time saves you money!
New means all new! Our new engines are 100% new. Not just new block or new heads. Every piston, conrod, lifter, nut and bolt comes straight from a new box.
Top quality components. Our new engines are built with the excellent quality parts. They’ve been tried and tested over 1000s of engines and not chosen because they were the cheapest parts.
Not crate engines. One of the biggest disappointments come from marine customers buying ‘Automotive crate’ engines. Those engines aren’t fit for marine use and are often way down on power. Our engines are marine specific, made only for boats.
